I’m a visual and product designer who likes working on the big picture and the smallest details. Sometimes that means defining a whole product. Sometimes it means getting a “+” just right. At Google, where I grew into a Staff Visual Designer role, I helped shape the Material Design system across versions 1, 2, and 3, contributing components, guidelines, and developer specifications. I owned and led system iconography for Google products and the open-source community. I also defined Google Fonts’ visual identity and website design system. My product and brand work includes the original Gemini symbol and many other Google product icons. I also created Google’s multicolor “+”—a core brand action icon developed as part of Google’s visual identity redesign. Now, as co-founder of Super Big Co., I lead product strategy and end-to-end design for BigEarnings and Welo. I work directly with an engineer to turn early ideas into working products, bringing together brand identity, design systems, and user experience.
