7500 Steps To Health
Introduction of my nonprofit and myself first. Then move forward with my testimonial awakening journey, using PowerPoint slides with pictures from my journey: What I put in my bag became my burden. Sometimes, not doing is more important than doing. Resilience to carry on by pushing the boundaries after learning my limits. Let it be in contentment after giving my all. Then speak of what has changed and affected me: Reconnected with my innocent and confident self. Became able to feel others’ pain and offer support. Became able to connect with others through sharing my story without feeling socially awkward. Came out of darkness and began shining my light—wrote a novel, Decoding My Karma . Founded a nonprofit to share, educate, and raise awareness of depression. Then ask everyone to join in walking together—7,500 steps a day—to finish the presentation of about 20–30 minutes. Then proceed with Q&A.
